Electrically controlled switchable glass

It is a kind of intelligent high-grade glass, which can realize the conversion between transparent and opaque through the regulation of power supply voltage. The power on state is transparent, and the power off state is opaque. This change realizes the double requirements of glass's permeability and privacy protection. Meanwhile, the intelligent dimming glass adopts the manufacturing process of laminated glass, The intelligent dimming glass has the properties of laminated glass

Electronic control switchable glass is made by adding liquid crystal film between two pieces of glass and gluing. Because of the gluing process, it has high safety performance and is not fragile.

Its characteristics are:

1. Power on transparent, power off frosting. "Electro optic effect" from switchable pdlc film.

2. Safety: the laminated glass production process is adopted. The film in the laminated glass can firmly bond the glass, which can make the dimmer glass be impacted.

3. When broken, the glass fragments are bonded in the film, and the glass fragments will not splash and hurt people

4. Environmental protection characteristics: the film and dimming film in the dimming glass can shield more than 90% infrared and more than 99% ultraviolet. Shielding infrared can reduce thermal radiation and transmission. Shielding ultraviolet can protect the indoor furnishings from fading and aging due to ultraviolet radiation

5. Sound insulation characteristics: dimming glass intermediate film has sound damping function, which can effectively block all kinds of noise

Mainly used in: balcony window, hotel shower room, indoor space partition, small family cinema curtain; curtain, office, meeting room partition; high-end building, control center; medical institutions, medical, projection, refrigerator and other equipment; banks, jewelry, shopping malls display cabinets, billboards, insurance companies; restaurants, museums, churches and so on.
